Je počátek 90. let minulého století a Československo plnými doušky vdechuje tehdejší pocit svobody a volnosti, který nastal po pádu komunistického režimu. Plnou parou v radostné atmosféře začínají působit také mnohé místní subkultury, tu naši, industriální, nevyjímaje. Vybrané festivaly a také samostatné koncerty tehdy objíždí také táborská nejen industriálně hlomozící kapela The Three, nazývaná také Trojka, v počátcích kapely psaná jen jako číslovka „3“. Ta svou produkcí mimo jiné potvrzuje staré pravidlo, že český underground vždy tvořili i umělci, zcela srovnatelní s tím, co se v dané scéně děje v zahraničí.
Náš současný release představuje jeden z tvůrčích vrcholů dodnes kultovní kapely v podobě záznamu dvou tehdejších koncertů. The Three nikdy nebyli čistý industrial. V jejich temné hudbě slyšíš také prvky ambientu, ovšem spíše syrového a drsného. Kapela umně pracuje také se samply a krom temného organizovaného hlomozu a různých zvuků a ploch v jejich sonzích slyšíš třeba také kytaru či další elektrikou prohnané nástroje. Pokud jde o příležitostný vokál, spíše než zpěv čekej atmosféru doplňující deklamace s heslovitými texty.
Dohromady ale rozhodně nejde o žádný chaos či disharmonii. Naopak, The Three umí se zvuky i atmosférou svých skladeb pracovat tak, že jejich tvorba oslovovala rozhodně i lidi daleko mimo okruh industriálně a ambientně zaměřených „šílenců“.

It is the beginning of the ninth decade of the 20th century, Czechoslovakia vigorously inhales the feeling of freedom of speech, politics and expression after the fall of the oppressive communist regime. Musical subcultures, setting full speed ahead through that joyful atmosphere, start the new age of their own creative blossom. Selected festivals and single shows include also not-only-industrial project The Three, also called "Trojka", which, in the begging, used to be written only as a numeral Three. The project confirms one simple truth which says that Czech and Slovakian underground also included artist fully comparable with their foreign colleagues.
This release represents one of the creativity peak of this cult band in the form of two recorded shows. The Three were never so called "pure industrial band". In their music you are able to hear the elements of ambient music with some specific rawness and harshness. The band had known really well how to work with samples and how to create specific feeling with the organized noise and various sounds and soundscapes often leading to complex sonical structures empowered with guitar and other electrified instruments. Considering the vocal it has been used for the atmosphere sake than for any kind of lyrics.
However the music of "The Three" cannot be called chaotic or disharmonic which is clearly demonstrated by the fact that the music of The Three got the interest of the musical fans even outside of the ambient/industrial scene.
